Reduce your stress on Black Friday

The art center staff has just a few ideas on reducing your stress this Friday, November 27th.

If you are not into fighting the crowds at the Mall, why not stop in for a enjoyable stroll through the Main and Carriage House Gallery. The Carriage House Gallery is a sales gallery, it has a wide selection of affordable and artful gifts.

If you need a better way than this to relieve stress. Lori Parrish will be offering a Restorative Yoga workshop from noon until 1 p.m. The drop in fee is $12.

May we also suggest relieving your stress in holiday shopping. The art center staff members will gladly create gift certificates for you for any of our classes, or for a gift membership to the center.
